AIRPORT PICK UP
Make your stopover a breeze with our 24-hour airport pick up service. Just provide us of your arrival flight details then we will ensure that you will be smoothly transferred to our residence.
To utilize our airport pick up service, it is important that your arrival flight number and arrival time are specified at the time of booking or later via e-mail. Otherwise, we will not be able to guarantee airport pick up for you since any hotel staffs are not allowed to be at the meeting point without guest flight details, according to Suvarnabhumi Airport regulations.
The Meeting Point:
Having your arrival flight details, our hotel staff will be holding the signboard with your name on it, waiting for you between EXIT DOOR 3 and EXIT DOOR 4 of the Arrival Hall on the 2nd floor (inside the terminal building). If for any reason you cannot find us within 5 minutes, please contact the nearby AOT Information Counter to make an announcement. (According to Suvarnabhumi Airport regulations, any hotel staffs are not allowed to request for an announcement for their guests) Or you can simply call us at 02 326 7854.
Once you find our hotel staff at the airport, he/she will call us at the residence. Then our shuttle van will be leaving the residence for the airport to pick you up. It takes approximately 10-15 minutes or a little longer (subject to delay due to local traffic conditions). Please be patient. We are on our way to pick you up.
Arriving before check in time?
Please note that check in time is 2 pm. If you arrive before 2 pm,
the shuttle may take a little longer than expected due to dropping off
passengers. Please be patient. We are on our way to pick you up.
AIRPORT DROP OFF
Take your stress out and rely on our reliable shuttle service. Arranging airport drop off with us is as easy as pie. Upon your check in, guests are advised to inform their departure flight details. Then our friendly receptionists will be delighted to assist you with arrangement of airport drop off.
Please note that our airport drop off service runs on a loop every 60 minutes, 24 hours. Guests will have to wait for the shuttle van as it completes its circuit.
Important Information:
Airport drop off arrangement can only be done upon your arrival at the residence. (No advance booking for airport drop off service)
- If the shuttle van is fully booked at the time of your expected check out time, your airport drop off schedule will be arranged at earlier or later time. Please discuss your schedule with our receptionist upon your arrival.
- If drop off time is not scheduled upon your arrival, we are sorry to inform that we cannot guarantee airport drop off for you. However, you may utilize our drop off service when there is a room for you. Otherwise, you will have to take a taxi to the airport on your own expense.
