You can simply complete our online booking form and get instant confirmation, which is automatically sent to you via e-mail. Credit card information is required to secure your reservation and it is secured through 128-bit SSL technology.
2.How can I make payment?
We charge no deposit at the time of your booking. You can simply pay either by cash or credit card at the residence upon your check-in or check-out.
3.What is your cancellation and no-show policy?
Booking cancellation policies and their penalty charges including terms and conditions are different and stated individually by each offer, rate plan, and package throughout the website. No shows will incur 100% charges of your reservation.
4.What should I do if I need to cancel or amend my booking?
– If your booking has been made through a travel agent or an online travel agent, you must contact them to make an amendment or a cancellation of your booking.
– If your booking has been made through our website, you can simply make an amendment or a cancellation of your booking via a link in your confirmation e-mail. Or you can drop us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org to amend or cancel your booking.
– Cancellation or amendment via a phone call is not recommended to avoid miscommunication or any other mistakes.
5.What is your policy for early check out?
For early check out prior to the date booked, we reserve the rights to retain charges of one night stay.
6. Are there any other charges I have to pay, other than what is shown as booking price?
All rates are inclusive of all taxes and service charge, but may not include daily breakfast, minibar and airport transfer. Please be sure to check through your booking terms and conditions.
7.Do you provide on-site parking?
Yes, we do provide on-site parking with limited space on a complimentary basis.
8.Do you have luggage store room where I can leave my baggage during my first and second stay?
Yes, you can leave your luggage with our front desk staff which is free of charge. (We basically keep them in our front desk office) However, please note that we shall not take responsibility of any losses or damages of any valuable items in your luggage. So please be sure that you do not leave any valuable items in your luggage.
9.Is there an elevator at the hotel?
Sorry, we do not have an elevator at our residence. However, our staff will be around to handle all your baggage to your room.
10.Do you have a swimming pool and a fitness center?
No, we do not have a swimming pool and a fitness center at the property. If you would like to spend your leisure time during your stopover, we encourage that you go to explore a local night market nearby the residence. A public park is also within walking distance. For activities that might interest you, please contact our receptionist for assistance.
11.Do you have rooms on the ground floor?
Yes, we do have rooms on the ground floor specially reserved for people who have difficulty managing stairs. Should you wish to stay on the ground-floor room (Superior Room), please feel free to inform us at the time of booking.
12.Do you have connecting rooms?
No, we do not have any connecting rooms at our residence. However, we are more than happy to arrange adjoining rooms for you when possible.
13.Can you arrange in-room dining for breakfast?
Sorry, we do not serve in-room breakfast at this moment.
14.Do you provide babysitting and baby cots?
Sorry, we do not have babysitting service at this moment. However, we can provide a baby cot upon your request (subject to availability).
15.Are pets allowed to get into the hotel?
Sorry, pets are not allowed in any area of the residence.
16.Do you have tour desk at the residence?
No, there is no tour desk at the residence. However, our friendly receptionists will be delighted to assist you with your travel plan while in Bangkok.
17.Do you provide money exchange?
No, we do not provide money exchange. However, there are many banks around the residence where you can do money exchange.
18.Is the residence wheelchair accessible?
Sorry, we are unable to serve people with wheelchairs.
19.Do you provide in-room safety deposit boxes?
No, we do not have an in-room safety deposit box. However, we do provide a safety deposit box at the front desk.
